AI-Powered Women Conference 2026

MIT Kresge · 12–13 Sept 2026

Human-Centered Leadership for the AI Era

The AI-Powered Women Conference brings together up to 1,000 leaders for a two-day gathering exploring what it means to lead — and remain deeply human — through this extraordinary period of technological acceleration.

This is deliberately not a conventional AI conference. We explore what AI can do, but also the larger human and societal systems into which it is arriving: how technology is reshaping leadership, work, power, judgment, creativity, connection, and the choices we make about the future.

Across two days, the program brings together disciplines too often kept separate — technology and organizational transformation alongside history, neuroscience, psychology, philosophy, ethics, spirituality, creativity, and systems thinking. MIT scholars, Fortune 500 executives, AI leaders, researchers, and interdisciplinary thinkers will explore everything from responsible innovation, power and capital, and enterprise transformation to the human nervous system under pressure, collective intelligence, consciousness, meaning, and human judgment.

Through visionary talks, research, hands-on labs, and experiential practices, participants will strengthen the distinctly human capacities increasingly essential in an AI-shaped world: discernment, wisdom, relational intelligence, courage, creativity, and conscious leadership.

At the center is a larger question that will guide the entire weekend: What kind of future are we actually creating — and what responsibility do we have in shaping it?
